1. Do I need to have an account with Aúnyior Avenùe to make an order?

No! You can browse our website, make your purchase and checkout as a guest without having to register an account with Aúnyior Avenùe.However, signing up to an account on our website provide you an added advantage of getting firsthand information on new arrivals, slaes discount, new deals and other juicy offers. Registering an account with Aúnyior Avenùe is absoulutely free.

Why did I not receive my order confirmation email?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive an email, kindly check the email address you provided and/or check your Spam folder.

2. What is the accepted form of payment?

We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.

3. Can I make changes to my address or items after placing an order?

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel or modify your order. You may choose to modify or cancel your entire order or a part of your order as long as the order has not yet been shipped. To change your shipping address on your order, kindly contact us directly, we will do our best to process your request.

4. Can I get a refund or exchange?

We do not accept refunds of funds or exchanges of purchases.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed typically leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days tops.

International orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days as Transit time differs.
Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays are not considered to be business days.
5. Can I get a refund for my stolen or lost package?

Unfortunately, Aúnyior Avenùe will not be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

The moment shipment leaves Aúnyior Avenùe base, they become the responsibility of USPS with an official record that becomes your tracking information. In essence, we do not refund for stolen or lost shipment, but if a customer package does get stolen or missing, they will be required to submit a claim directly with the USPS.

 6. My order was shipped to a different location, can you re-ship it or give a refund?

Incorrect information or addresses submitted cannot be reshipped or refunded. So, we advise our customers to “Please double check your shipping information and address before submitting orders”.

7. USPS attempted delivery of my order, but I was not available to receive it. What should I do?

You may arrange redelivery by visiting www.usps.com/redelivery and entering your tracking number or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the note left by USPS. If the item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to our warehouse in which case the consumer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

8. What should I do if my order was damaged in transit? Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, Aúnyior Avenùe cannot be held responsible for in-transit shipment damage. Once orders leave our base, they become the USPS responsibility. All customers with damaged shipment will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS. Aúnyior Avenùe does not give refunds on damaged packages.

 9. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee for both Domestic and International shipments varies based on the location, weight of your package, and the selected shipping method.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any fees required by Custom for package clearance.

10. Is there a Return Policy?

Unfortuanely, No. All sales are final. Due to the current worldwide situation, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All purchases made on or after March 1st, 2020 are final sale until further notice. This is to protect our customers, staff and associates.
